1. Who we are
Elite Summit Real Estate L.L.C. (“the Company”, “we”, “us”) is licensed by the Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai, with its office at Office 1202, Conrad Tower, Trade Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal data we collect through this website.
2. Data we collect
- Data you give us: when you submit an enquiry, contact or registration form: your name, company (if you share it), phone number, email, country of residence, preferred location, preferred contact method, preferred language, property types of interest, approximate budget if you share it, and your message.
- Data collected automatically: when you browse the site: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and time spent, through cookies and analytics tools (see section 7).
- WhatsApp: conversations are subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and policy. We use your number and message only to reply to your enquiry.
3. How we use your data
- To answer and follow up your enquiry about a property or investment opportunity.
- To send you information about properties or opportunities that may interest you, if you asked for it or agreed to it. You can stop this at any time.
- To improve the website and understand how it is used.
- To protect the website against spam and misuse.
- To comply with applicable UAE laws and regulations.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent when you submit a form, because processing is needed to take steps at your request before any transaction, or to meet a legal obligation, in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
5. Who we share your data with
- The property owner or their representative: where needed to follow up your enquiry about a specific property, and only as much as necessary.
- Service providers: such as website hosting, email and analytics, who process data on our behalf and under our instructions.
- Authorities: where required by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
6. Transfers outside the UAE
Some data may be stored or processed outside the UAE by our service providers. Where this happens, we follow the conditions set by law for cross-border data transfers.
7. Cookies
We use two types of cookies:
- Essential cookies: a cookie that remembers your chosen language, and login cookies used only by our site administrators.
- Analytics cookies: Google Analytics 4, to understand how the site is used. These only run after you consent.
You can accept or reject analytics cookies from the consent banner, or delete cookies in your browser settings.
8. How long we keep data
We keep your data for as long as needed to answer and follow up your enquiry, or as long as the law requires, and then delete or anonymise it.
9. Your rights
Under the law, you have the right to:
- Get information about the data we process about you, and a copy of it.
- Correct or complete inaccurate data.
- Ask us to delete your data.
- Ask us to restrict or stop processing.
- Object to processing, including marketing messages.
- Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing done before withdrawal.

10. How we protect data
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access. No online system is fully secure, so please do not send sensitive information through our forms.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time and will publish the new version on this page with its last-updated date.
